Judi is 87 years old. Hurray for her!

    I love Judi Dench. She’s made some amazing movies. I even took a picture of her on the cover of Vogue to get my stylist to cut my hair like Judi’s.

    I don’t know Judi dench, I checked to see what Movies she has been in and Bob refuses to watch James Bond movies or British movies, he can’t understand what a lot of them are saying, also Irish accents he can’t get due to his hearing problems.

      I seldom watch movies or programs if they don’t have closed captioning. I haven’t seen most of her movies, but I did watch the TV series As Time Goes By. I fell in love with her there and didn’t realize she was famous until much later.

    For years, I’ve really enjoyed watching Ms Dench in various things available on television. Since such treasures were shown years after their making, it took me a bit to realize that she is actually three years older than am I. (I should have her looks, poise, or talent!)

    I can’t believe I missed this post! where have I been!!! ???
    I dearly LOVE this lady! I’ve seen almost all of her movies. even the Bond one where she dies at the end. but my favorite is the English sitcom called “As Time Goes By.” I absolutely love her in that and had to buy the dvds. I got to watch it right there in London the year I went! I like every one of the characters.
    (and I still say you remind me of her especially the pics of you in the earlier years!) I hope to look 1 iota as good as that when I’m 87!!! ) great scot!!! xoxo

      I haven’t seen her in much besides As Time Goes By. I had the same reaction to that as you did. I didn’t like the stories so much, but I loved the characters.
