The Steer Riding Shotgun

I’ve seen this in several places, so I imagine some of you have too.

The police stopped the driver, gave him a warning about an obstructed view and an unsecured load, and told him to go home. The New York Times gave more information. First of all the animal was a steer, not a bull, and the driver has been taking his steer on drives for over seven years now. This was the first time he was stopped, so he will continue doing it. Only he will stay out of Norfolk now, even though the police were very kind.

No, I have not seen this!! I guess this man cannot afford a truck! And if he has done it before, where is he going? Auctions maybe?

  7. That’s too funny! I hadn’t seen this, but would love to see footage of the bull actually getting IN and out of the car.

We saw the story on the news and would never want to be driving on the road near that. Pretty dangerous.
