Two Things

Kaitlin said she was curious to see what Google’s AI would say about Zoe and Chateaubriand:

How cool is that?

Also Sandra K. Czosek pointed out chocolate is toxic for dogs. Yes, Zoe has been rushed to the vet for that. Another time, it wasn’t even chocolateβ€”-she ended up there after eating a whole pan of cinnamon buns. Nothing in them was especially toxic on its own, but the sheer amount of rich, sugary food was enough to upset her stomach and raise concerns about pancreatitis.

The vet tech said, β€œshe is a pro at throwing up!”

…noy what I’d want to be a pro at.

  2. In her case I think her pro status is a very good thing!

I had beagles for years and those dogs are so food driven, it drove me crazy, but my floor was never cleaner:)

Rudolph, step aside … I’m singing, “Zoe, you’ll go down in history!”

  5. Bruce Taylor says:

Wow! That doggie has an insatiable appetite, I’d say. Better teach her some manners.

  6. Ginny Hartzler says:

Our son’s dog got into the packages under the Christmas tree and ate the gift of chocolates. Why is it that the worst food for you is always the tastiest…

  7. Shug says:

Pretty cool. We do not have any dogs, but I had heard that chocolate was not good for them. My grandson’s chocolate lab has a huge appetite and he has even learned to jump upon the counter if he smells something good. They have to keep everything put away…lol

  8. Hey, nothing wrong with dogs being dogs!

  9. Linda says:

Chocolate is toxic to cats and dogs.

AI knows all, this is cool and a little scary but like someone said on a blog, the genie is out of the bottle and never to be put back in. Beau will eat anything, food or not food. He has never bothered anything on a counter, but if left down he would and also anything that is dropped on the floor is gone baby gone

  11. Ann says:

That is just too cool. I had a chocolate lab years ago who ate so much chocolate that he probably should have been dead. I made chocolate covered pretzels on year 3 times because no matter how well I thought I put them up he managed to get to them. Surprisingly he didn’t even get sick that time

  12. Gosh, I knew about chocolate because our dear dog Disco almost died from eating too much chocolate. He got into my baking project, and I didn’t know it.
It cost us a $1000 in vet bills and a whole lot of prayers – but he did make it.
