I’ve recently been practicing the one-leg balance, but I like these ideas better. Fingers crossed!

This is some good information…I plan to watch this again and hopefully with some practice, I can learn some good balancing moves. Enjoy this wonderful day..

I watched all of this. I have awful balance and proprioception, and am more and more afraid of falling. Due to both rotator cuffs being torn all the way through, and having the nerves killed in my knees, I am unable to even get up if I fall. My doctor just referred me to P.T. she said they have a wonderful program for balance with seniors. I have not called them yet though, as I hate P.T. and have been badly injured by them more than once. I am going to carefully try these. Probably can’t do all of them, but I am going to look up his other exercises and study more into him. Thank you!!!
