But it was tricky to find that option, so I think next time I’ll try phoning them directly and see if that works better.

okay…it took me longer than I care to admit for the answer to your puzzle. I like word puzzles. Glad your package came and that the service was easy…..once you found the number… I think that sometimes they make it difficult for us to find contact numbers
