We’ll Just Have to See

Monday Dan easily fixed the panel to give us access to the back of the refrigerator, and Peter finished the installation that afternoon. It seems to be working fine. Steve, the architect, also came up Monday morning, and he said he will deal with the problem of the sink that doesn’t completely drain. Joe, the contractor, had planned to be there too, but we haven’t seen him so far this week. Presumably in the fullness of time he and his crew will finish the remaining details, for instance installing our door handles:

We will just have to see. Is there anything going on in your life now that needs a lot of patience?

Yes. Just about everything. Most things take longer; I have so much more I want to do & I’m impatient.

Remember I looked into “the fullness of time” & it goes back to the Bible. (Galatians & another) Some other culture picked the phrase up along the way. Forget what.

    bikehikebabe,
Yes, I remember you looked it up. It’s a phrase our family uses all the time.

nothing here requiring either the fullness of time or wait to see…although Summer took a backward flip today, a cold breeze when you didn’t want it!

oh, just remembered problems with the microwave, in that the glass turntable a million pieces smashed to the floor. Will need to get a new one as it had gotten “senile dementia” a bit anyway well over 20 yrs old! So that is on the shopping list sooner rather than later…

I am having make vegetables on the stove, something I rarely do, tonight -feel sad to have lost the system…

    Cathy,
As I remarked on your site, Andy and I depend on our microwave. We use that and occasionally a little electric burner. We’ve shut off the gas to our regular stove and oven, but the microwave is microwave/convection so we can bake or roast if we ever choose to.

Yes, a persistent allergic cold that does not want to leave me!
