Back to Missile Defense?

This Washington Post article brought back old (and fuzzy) memories. My first job after I graduated from college was working in missile defense, trying to figure out how we could reliably detect an incoming missile. And on my last job before I retired over 24 years ago I did some calculations for Reagan’s Strategic Defense Initiative.

I hope they’ve learned a lot since then!

    I love borowitz!
I wish the rocket man would spend the same amount of money and time and effort in helping his own people live better lives.
I feel so sorry for them. they probably only want what everyone else has a chance in having… enough food and shelter and a future for their children.
    so sad.
and as diane says… scary too for all of us!

Kim is ruthless but no fool. The US is stupid to think it’s not too late to stop NK from being a nuclear power to be reckoned with.
