Cherry and Poppy

Andy’s cherry is ripening! It can be hard to see, but there is a net protecting it from birds and critters.

When he came home Sunday evening he said there was also a big red poppy blooming in front of the shed. I asked him to take a picture of it, but when he got there Monday it had already been eaten. It can be a rough life up there.

As long as neither of you gets eaten by critters that is indeed a tough life for beings!

Lydia with iphone watched Pluto (her mini-pig) in Sweden roll around, cooling in a mini kid pool. You’ve heard “until pigs fly”. Well they can’t swim either. My friend knows of one that fell in the swimming pool & drown. There’s a stream nearby so this pool is good. Pluto lives the “life of Riley” (??? I’ll look that up later.) He runs around all day, rooting & eating fallen apples, comes inside when it rains or is cold, is cuddled which he loves, & petted. Only thing they don’t let him eat too much in order to stay MINI.

then coming in and getting a treat every now and then too. and sammy let her.
what a gentleman. i thought torben made a much better toy treater than the other one was. it looked sturdier. and didn’t have that bar across the top so sammy could get at the bottles better. i love your doggy videos! well… with our beloved dogs…
