Very timely for me.
I’ve now begun taking Lysine and B-12 and Vitamin C for my shingles.
I’ve ordered a cream for it too.
I’ve had a lot of people on my back about not going to the doctor over this but all I’ve read was how they put a person on an anti-viral drug and that’s not is needed or so I’ve been told by others and read much the same.
And today, I’m sick again. Dizzy, achy, my throat is sore and my tummy hurts.
I’m so sick of being sick but the only thing that would make me feel worse is to pay someone to tell me that I’m sick.
Grrrr. Obamacare. 🙁
