it’s not raining here but it’s heaven. the temps today have been in the low 50’s!
I slept with one of the bedroom windows all the way up last night. I’m a light sleeper and I was going to get up and listen to the rain. maybe tonight!
and I’m pretty sure Summer isn’t even in our rear view mirror either! xo
I’m so happy you are getting some relief — hot weather can be enervating. I just wilt without the AC.
It’s wet and cold here too. We have had about 10 days of rain off and on, and the ground is so wet. Now it is going to get cold – tough for Lightning and Mom walking on wet grass if it freezes. BUT the good news is that we see sunshine headed out way most of next week – YAY!!!
Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber
Good luck especially for Mom and Lightning! My heart goes out to them.
No snow and no rain here in North Idaho
Coffee is on
I tried looking up Sandpoint, which is in North ID. Their highs are a bit warmer than ours, the lows almost as cold. Do you usually get a lot of precipitation? Here we’re in a drought so we love to see it.
we are doing typical spring weather in Auckland, New Zealand – one day I’m thinking time to look for lighter clothing, the next day wrapped up in wool with the heating back on!
Yes, it’s those sudden changes that make it interesting! Thank goodness I no longer have to travel in the spring. What clothes to bring with limited luggage?!
Gratefully, we actually had a bit of rain after many dry months here in So Cal.
Yes, we’re having a drought here too, so happiness is rain!
We are well into our post monsoon pleasant weather and I for one am thoroughly enjoying it.
Your weather is too warm for us, and I’m sure ours is way too cold for you. It was -2.2°C/28.0°F on our porch this morning. And I had to clear some snow off the car windows before I could drive to Silver Sneakers.
The dreary fall rains have usually begun by now, but it looks as if our currently wonderful weather (sun, lows in high 40’s, highs in low 60’s) will last for at least another week. So, shall we turn the garden drip irrigation back on? We’re happy, but the plants may not be, we’ve had less than an inch or rain since last April.
I’m glad you’re enjoying good weather. Yes, deciding whether or not to water is a problem. Andy was going to a couple of days ago, but fortunately we had some rain — when he waters now he has to drain all the hoses afterwards so it’s a nuisance.
