We had a good time hanging out up on the land yesterday. The thing that amazed us was how green things were — we had 0.65 inches of rain Sunday evening and there were even some puddles.
When Andy and I came home there was a letter with an offer of $5,145.23 to buy the 40 acres the house is on. For some reason we decided not to take it.

wow, was that offer out of the blue…doesn’t seem a lot of purchase$ either! for the amount of acreage…
Especially when the land has a house, shed, well, photovoltaic panels, etc. It was good for a laugh.
