I came across this sentiment the other day:

The nature of humans is to resist that change.
How true that is at times!

Change is hard, and harder the older one gets. But it sure does make life more interesting, sometimes good, sometimes not so good.

There is a reason people fear some changes. But at least it’s not always bad.
Okay, I don’t get that cartoon. Nothing new, though. I often don’t get them.
The punch line, “I’ve bin agin ’em all”, i.e., hating changes, was one of Andy’s and my favorite jokes years ago when it looked as if both our divisions were about to be downsized and people were worried about losing their jobs. That kind of change wasn’t being welcomed with open arms. A lot of changes happening in the U.S. right now are scary too.
