Fan and Intake Vents

When we got up there Saturday the west fan was on and east intake vents were open.

The east fan and west intake vents had already shut off and closed because the temperature was below 90°, their shut off point. The west fan shut off and the east vents closed while we were eating supper — their set point was 80°, so the system seems to be working.

Well thank goodness for fans and vents that are working the way they should

  4. I’ll bet they have ways to set it up so you could remotely see what is going on inside the greenhouse from down the mountain where you life. The head grower where I used to work lived next to the greenhouse and a loud bell would go off if the boiler went out and he’d light some sort of smoke bombs inside the greenhouses to protect the plants from the cold while the boiler was being worked on. That was a hundred years ago and we had 4 acres under glass. I love following you foray into the management of your little greenhouse.
