A Good Test?

Andy says it was 16°F up there yesterday and about 70 in the greenhouse around noon, about 66 when he left around 3 or so.

He left early because there was a fierce wind and he wanted to leave time in case any trees fell across the road. Fortunately that didn’t happen.

It will be interesting to see how the greenhouse does the next few days.

Oh, I hope you did not have the wind we had today. It has blown so hard this day. I have not heard how hard the worst gusts were, but it blew constantly.

We had all that wind overnight. The house kept shaking and waking us up.

Happy Thanksgiving from all of us.

  3. The winds are bad here in Michigan but we kept our power, thankfully. Not everyone in town was as lucky as my neighborhood.

Love how the greenhouse is doing it’s job.

Kaitlin and Torben and the pups drove to Ann Arbor to spend Thanksgiving with his family, and Kaitlin said the winds were bad driving. Fingers crossed for you all.

The winds were really picking up here last night.
The greenhouse seems to be doing good so far.

  5. well no real wind in my neck of the woods…heatwave that flipped and flew over from Australia… been some stunning days, yes temperature looks summery but it’s not been humid, that’s a big plus…
