And it probably won’t be for a while. Sometimes the most of our snow comes after January. On the bright side, it sure is beautiful.
Around here we often get snow in February, but the next day or so is usually sunny and it starts to melt again. Down here today it’s sunny but below freezing. It got down to about 5° this morning, so melting yet. 😀
Knock on wood, so far our winter is short on snow falls. We’ll probably get it in April.
The first year we were here we got two feet of snow the first week in April. It didn’t stick around for long, though. 😀
No, winter will hang on for quite a while yet. At least the snowfall has been minimal this year.
That helps a lot.
our worst winter storms are usually in late January and February.
this beautiful last snow storm only lasted a day! but we always need the moisture.
it’s to be almost 60 this weekend! and the snow and ice on the streets are gone. it’s still pretty on lawns etc. we got 4 to 6 inches!
the picture of your rode and by the cabin’s greenhouse is beautiful. 😀
I like February here because it snows, then the sun comes out and melts most of it. I’m happy you had some! 😀
absolutely awesome
says the gal from the very dry and summery southern hemisphere!
the last time we had any rain over 1mm was Jan 14 when we managed in my region 5.2mm
We get enough sun that snow is still exciting at times. 🙂
