No, it’s not my birthday, it’s the birthday of NordVPN, my virtual private network provider. I subscribed to it a couple of years ago because it encrypts my data and I wanted it for when I use free WiFi hot spots away from home.
You get a gift on our 8th birthday!
Itโs no secret that we wouldnโt be here without you! So even though itโs our birthday, you get the gift โ 1 free month on top of your current NordVPN subscription!
After our recent experiences with our favorite candy and with our local print newspaper, it’s only fair to notice the companies that try to create and keep loyalty.
(They also included this video of a thank you song, but that part didn’t work for me. I did laugh and appreciate the effort.)

what a nice think for them to do!
I clicked on the song and it was animated and very catchy.
had kind of a tropical sound. ๐ xo
Yes, it’s like the management of our apartment complex with the Valentine candy.
Oh, that is so nice…it is really nice to be appreciated.
Yes, it means a lot. ๐
definitely a keeper that business…interesting that right now “businesses” are targeting you – both bad and very, very good…”who is next?”
It was a friendly gesture on my VPN provider’s part. Great PR for the company. ๐
Well that was a nice surprise. Customer service isn’t what it used to be so it’s always nice to see a company that knows how to treat their customers.
Amen to that!
this is my first time ever hearing of this company and was shocked when I ran a quick search that there are others like it. the song is catchy and they did a great job of keeping you happy
Bitdefender, my antivirus program for the Mac, offers a free VPN, but reviews said it slowed things down. NordVPN was recommended as one that was a lot better, so I decided to subscribe to it. I’ve been happy with it.
I got the black friday offer and thought this extra month gift was the way to prevent next year’s offer… I did not claim it, just in case ๐
I’m subscribed for a couple of years, so I didn’t have to think about that.
