aspens and my childhood memories of Colorado!
the silvery sound as beautiful as the color really.
the closest I can get to it is the cottonwood (a cousin of them) here.
but just not the same.
these pictures are simply wonderful! thank you! xo
I’m glad you like them. 🙂
Those trees just glow like gold. We are so enjoying seeing them.
I’m glad. 🙂
Oh, they are just stunning! Especially next to the bright blue sky. How I would love to walk down this road. I don’t think we have any Aspens. But we have Ginkos, and they are the same color. But we don’t have big rows of them like this!
Aspens do well after forest fires.
I stumbled across your wonderful aspen photos on Flickr earlier.
Staying home this year during COVID makes us miss such beautiful scenery even more.
Fingers crossed for next year.
I don’t know why, but beautiful Autumn aspen colors remind me of John Denver’s ROCKY MOUNTAIN HIGH. Fantastic photos Jean.
I can see the connection…we are in the Rockies.
They are beautiful. Nothing quite like the golden glow of autumn.
I agree. 🙂
Oh, I so have to see these on a bigger screen! They are so beautiful even on phone screen!
🙂
I am not disappointed! These are glorious. Aspen Gold!
🙂
Thank you for sharing this little piece of Heaven!
I’m glad you like them too. 🙂
Beautiful!!!!
🙂
oh, just found this loitering in my inbox…have no idea why I didn’t see these gorgeous trees before something else….
I’m glad you had a chance to see them. 🙂
