Zoe is extremely food oriented, and she is especially fond of bread.
The other day Torben baked some bread, and while it was still warm he brought a piece down to Kaitlin in her office. She was on a Zoom meeting, so he quickly put it on the couch and left.
She did eat the bread while it was still fresh from the oven, and an hour or so later she left the office for a break. Zoe was lying by the door, in front of a puddle of drool, patiently hoping for a bit of the bread. Kaitlin brought her upstairs and cut a small piece for her. Sometimes patience does pay.

Yes, it was after Christmas dinner last year when we were chatting in the kitchen. He was eating a piece of chateaubriand and Zoe thought it looked pretty tasty…

Who could possibly say no to that precious smiling face? So you are beautiful and I’m so glad you got your bread. All of our dogs love bread that’s because I love bread and they always got a few pieces of it of course I can control how much bread they eat but it’s hard to control how much I eat
