Smileys

Do any of these fit your mood right now? If not, what would?

Iโ€™ll choose the smiling one because Iโ€™m still celebrating yesterday. I almost always get over an hour a day of physical exercise, which makes me happy, and yesterday I spent even more than that on mental exercise.

I decided I liked the water in this wallpaper picture, but that top drop was distracting.

So I took it out with Photoshop Elements. For me it works better as wallpaper.

Then in the evening I wanted to update the audio files on my mp3 playerโ€™s micro SD card. For the past gazillion years that was trivial to do, but not with the latest Mac operating system. It took me about an hour to trouble shoot, but I found a new easy way to do it. That to me is worth celebrating. Weโ€™re still not helpless in this ever changing world.

I like your modification of the water picture. That top drop bothered me, too.

I’m mostly the smiley face with an occasional frown.

I like the water picture better without the top drop.
The smiley face reminds me of a customer that came in the store today. His necktie was covered in smiley faces. I told him he looked very happy today ๐Ÿ™‚

You have a lot of simple and satisfying reasons to be happy. That’s what counts. And we are all happy here because of Lightning’s good report.

The nice thing is we don’t get frustrated when problems come up. We know that it will take time to solve the problem but we’ll feel great after we do. ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. For obviously reasons to anyone who reads my blog I’d pick the last smiley in the line. It looks sad.

I need to get involved in some kind of exercise, but I still feel too busy to do it. I know, that’s an excuse, I do get in an average of 6,000 steps a day just doing my normal routine.

I’m all about the smiley face, too. No reason in particular; my life’s ordinary. But content, so very content!

I will always choose the smiley face. Well, always TRY to have a smiley-face mood.

One of my favorite questions is, “What small step can I take right now to make myself happier?” It’s empowering.

Accomplishing anything always makes me feel good…I guess I am smiling too…though there are other things mixed in. I got to sew for over an hour yesterday…so that always feels so good.

I am a little perplexed though…audio and busualnarecout if sync on TV apps and have not figured that out yet. It did this when we got it and though I worked and worked, I never did figure it out. It fixed itself in the end.

  9. You have been busy. I’m afraid I am the sad face. I like what you did in photoshop.

I hope things get better for you soon. Hopefully you can get more information about your health problems and will eventually be able to see your grandson and family more often.
