Another Happy Athletic Dog

I was watching to see if the dog was happy, and it clearly was raring to go in the beginning and was happy at the end. I love its enthusiasm.

this is a wonderful video! thank you Monk! I’ve already watched it twice.
it brought back many happy memories of my own little Papillon years ago.
her name was Usie. short for Useless.
my brother who was then only 14 named her that. and she didn’t deserve it!
he rescued her from a puppy mill in our town.
one rainy and very stormy night.
she’d gotten loose somehow and was on the street as he was on his way home from a friend’s house. she was just a little puppy. he brought her home inside his jacket. we had her checked out at the vet. and he knew about the awful ‘full breed’ puppy mills here. even to this day they’re still prevalent. SO SAD. apparently people still Buy puppies from them… in parking lots. awful.

Papillons are wonderful dogs! Usie used to Dance in the Moonlight!!!
I kid you not! we watched her many nights in the yard. all by herself!
she would twirl and run and leap and twirl again… like a tiny ballerina on the lawn!
she lived happily to be a very old dog. Bob and I kept her for years. and she will always have a special place in my heart.
thank you for the sweet memories this brought to me Monk!!!

That looks just like my cousins dog. What a little fireball this one is. So full of energy and raring to go

Oh my gosh, this little dog is so FAST!! He seems to really like these shows, and doesn’t suffer from nerves like we would.

Gabby is faster than the speed of light and I wish I had just a little tiny bit of her agility. There’s a little dog next door named Rocky that is just about the size of this dog but I’m not sure what kind of he is and he runs away out the front door and runs in and out of traffic and all over the neighborhood just like this dog is running and will not come to his owners

Oh my goodness! How I wish some of us could take a lesson from our furry counterparts.

Oh, what a fun, fun watch! Thank you!

I had seen this but I could watch it or and over. I love it that much.
I had a Papillon, Rosie. Her owner gave her to me when she was 12 and I had her for another 4 1/2 years. She would run like a little horse, lifting her tiny legs really high. It broke my heart when she passed. But Iā€™m glad she knew love in her final years.
When I got the Border Collie puppies my plan was to take and train them in agility. Sadly cancer had other plans….
But maybe someday I will be able to train a smaller dog…. ?

I watches it several times too, and plan to again. Andy liked it so much he came back later and asked if he could see it again.

I’m glad you had that time with Rosie, at least. I’m so sorry about the cancer.
