Thank You, Jim!

I love living in a small town. Our local paper —online daily, printed version once a week — often shows pictures of deer, birds, and other creatures taken by the readers.

These two of a yearling pruning the bushes outside of a house especially warmed my heart.

Jim was in the phone book, so I called to ask permission to share the photos. He not only sent me copies of the originals, he added two more pictures, of a young buck that was one of the fawns from last year. Jim calls him “Fuzzy Nubbins” because he’s starting to sprout antlers.

  6. Thanks Jean and of course Jim – I don’t have that type of roaming animal helping me with pruning, but wish I did…
