Impressive Demonstration

This is the best demonstration of the conservation of energy I’ve ever seen. If you’re not interested in the physics, just look at 1:02 to see the pendulum/wrecking ball smash the glass, then look starting at 2:13 to see the teacher demonstrate his faith in the physics.

Well that was quite a demonstration. I loved the look on his face when he released the ball

Great demonstration. And I loved the smile at the end:)

I think that’s why I cashed out of Physics after one semester!

    Very cool!

Even without his explanation, I knew he would be safe. I wouldn’t be able to explain why, but through one’s life experiences and learnings, some things go from understanding to intuitive.

Hurray for experience and learning. That’s why I would never want to be younger than I am…I would have to give up too much.

this is pretty amazing and something I did not know but I would never stand there and let that ball swing at me like he did, no matter if i believed it or not..
