All Sorts of Nasties

I still laugh at a comment a friend told me years ago,

The are all sort of nasties out there waiting to get us.

This gal would agree with that. Meteorite crash-lands in woman’s bed in Canada

She was peacefully sleeping when there was a loud crash and she was showered with debris. A meteorite about the size of a fist landed on her pillow, right next to where her head had been. How scary, but also how lucky.

There are no guarantees in life.

No, we never know what will happen.

  6. I hate the word ‘nasty’. I never use it. On the bright side, if a meteorite fell in our beds we’d sure get some great blogging material.

I like to think I’m prepared for every eventuality, but THIS takes the cake. Short of wrapping oneself in bubble wrap, I think we’ve little say in our fates. Que sera sera!

  8. Ann Thompson says:

Just goes to show, you never know what can happen
