They sure are pretty! I cannot resist sunset photos when I am out somewhere where I can get a good view of it.

I always seem to miss sunset – as for getting up at sunrise and taking said photo, not going to happen. If I have to up at that time, it’s because I’m going someplace and I don’t have time for “photos”

in this sunset photo, the trees are more beautiful to me than the sunset. i think it is because here we can’t see the forest for the trees, all flat ground. we only see the trees right in front of us. I love your tall trees and that includes burned and not burned trees
Yes, the burned trees were a spectacular part of the landscape the winter after the fire.
