Pictures of Plowing

Andy took some pictures after he plowed yesterday.

There are more pictures here on Flickr.

Andy said the plowing wasn’t bad, but he was tired after clearing the gate of all the snow the plow had buried it in.

He didn’t need chains to drive up there today.

It was Kaitlin and Torben’s idea, and we love it. We were lucky to have built it when we did, it would be impossible to get it built now.

  5. Ann Thompson says:

That’s a lot of snow. I would have been tired after doing all that work.

First, just look at that beautiful BLUE sky!! That was work (a 4 letter word). But praise be, your man made a mole hill out of a mountain!!!

    I’m back, and blogging again.

He did a great job! And that is a lot of snow on that gate! Glad there was no need for chains. I just love the way your little glass house looks sitting on top of that mountain

  8. Rose says:

I bet he is thankful to have something to plow it with! I bet the views are incredible up there now.

  9. Going up to the land is what’s keeping Andy young.

That is a lot of work…. ploughing out the snow.

  11. I can imagine trying valiantly to clear the snow from the gate with a some type of shovel … but he did it! Andy didn’t give up, hope after he had plowed things on the property he took a long nap…

  12. The OP Pack says:

It never ceases to amaze me what Andy can do!!!

That’s quite a bit of plowing/ploughing! We had a tiny bit of snow yesterday but it had melted a few hours later. We don’t get much snow here over the winter, except high up on the hills and mountains.
