Marie Kondo Birdhouses

Yesterday’s post reminded me of Marie Kondo’s shop. What do you think of this birdhouse for $220?

Or this one for $130?

They are more elegant and sophisticated than the one at Happy Gardens, but I don’t share Marie’s tastes. The little kid in me likes more light-hearted and fun things. What about you?

    Not for those prices!!

  2. sillygirl says:

I think the birds need to pay a high rent to live there!

  3. I love copper, but both of these leave me thinking ‘meh.’

They are very elegant. But would be more suited as indoor decorations rather than putting such an expensive item in a tree! After paying all that money, I could not stand to see it covered in bird poop!

  5. I doubt the buyer would put these out in the garden, more decorative indoors

I like fun birdhouses even if no bird would be seen in it!

Agree with everybody else way too expensive and neither one of these appeals to me. I lean more towards rustic like a little Log Cabin

Those birdhouses are way too expensive for my taste. I’m with Sandra, I’ll go for a little log cabin bird house. I would never dream of spending that kind of money on something I’m going to hang outside for the birds.
