Fresh Snow

This picture was taken after the big snow a couple of weeks ago. It shows the entrance road at the Valles Caldera National Preserve about three hours after it had been cleared.

It’s easy to see why people love that place.

  1. If you didn’t know better, you could imagine it was a sand dune or soft concrete or something akin to a pile of marshmallows!

    i like the look of the chimney rock mountain in the sheets of snow. it is gorgerous and does look like marshmallows.
