I went up to the land Saturday so I could get that new picture of Andy standing where he had in 1992. I didn’t bother sorting and culling the pictures. I put them in a folder, renamed them, gave them some keywords, and uploaded them to this Flickr album. I took a lot of pictures of the road because it’s February and the snow is starting to melt. That doesn’t mean we won’t get more, but there should also be a lot of melting.
Yesterday morning I spent a couple of hours taking screen shots of the sunrise at the Valle Grande, courtesy of their webcam.
I named each picture with the time it was taken and put them in this Flickr album. I had the brightness of my screen low when I took the screen shot because it was easier on my eyes, so you might want to increase the brightness of your screen if you decide to look at them.
February 6, 2023
Looks like a beautiful day for a drive. I am in love with those blue skies.
Those tomatoes sure look good too. How wonderful to have fresh tomatoes in February.
They are a real treat. 🙂
the icicles are gone from the cam, isn’t it amazing how we can entertain ourselves with our cameras and a CAM even… love love love all the pics of your beautiful mountain top! I like the one of Andy in his big coat walking up the hill with the greenhouse at the top. all the photos of the greenhouse make me one one, but with a gardner to go with it. LOL… I want a rocker like that. love that rocker
There is that snow/ice chunk in the upper right hand corner. It was gone today.
Gorgeous!
🙂
One of the biggest snowfalls I remember happened (1961?) on my birthday, mid-March. Props to the ONE mother who braved the storm and drove her daughter from Barranca to my party.
I had my eyes dilated earlier, so I’d better hold off looking at Flicker for a little bit.
The first year we were here we had two feet of snow the first week in April. It didn’t last long. That’s too bad about your party, and bless that mother!
Yes Tomatoes in February – that Greenhouse is worth it’s weight in gold as the saying goes…
Yes. We love the greenhouse, and especially the fresh tomatoes. 🙂
The photos are beautiful. Thanks for sharing them.
I’m glad you like them too. 🙂
