The Roads Were Clear Enough…

to drive up to the land yesterday.

The low temperature had been -6°F outside and it got down to 37° in the greenhouse. The tomato plants didn’t look happy, but they were still alive.

A neighbor was worried about driving in, so I put some pictures in this Flickr album.

It was a good day.

That is really cold for the inside the greenhouse. I hope all the veggies and flowers make it through. I would not drive on that road but I’m sure Andy would since you’re taking pictures. I’m in bed with a heating pad so maybe missing an action for the next two or three days my back is out it does it every now and then and I have to go to bed until it gets better and take Ibuprofen. Just letting you know that I may not be around for a couple days

  2. Look at that sky! Land of Enchantment, indeed!

Wow you are high! The view from above looking down at the mountains is spectacular!

  4. Glad you were able to drive in and check things out.

Some spots look a little sketchy but glad you made it up AND BACK!

I’m shivering just reading that temperature. It all looks so pretty in that picture though.
