Good info! I recall when the first yellow fire engines came out; they explained, in the event of poor weather conditions it was the most visible color.
our trucks are still red, with the number of flashing lights, no way to miss them. this is really interesting. did not know about these. I need a reflector vest for walking

This is very cool! We see kids out in the dusk riding bikes and skateboards wearing dark clothes and no reflectors! WHERE are their parents!
