Truckin’ Along

I’ve now been playing with Spanish for six months now. I’m still doing some Duolingo every day, but for the video watching I’ve decided to put Blue Bloods Español on hold. Instead I’m slowly watching Nada, usually with Spanish subtitles. It’s a great series to watch because even though the dialog is in Spanish, we have a choice of Spanish or English subtitles. And it’s a leisurely series, they don’t race around and talk fast. That’s great for us learners.

This description was written shortly before the series was released:

“Nada Season 1” promises to be a heartfelt, comedic, and culturally rich series that explores the complexities of relationships, generational gaps, and the universal language of food and friendship. With its imminent release, viewers around the globe are gearing up to dive into this Argentine dramedy, exploring the beautiful landscapes of Buenos Aires, indulging in culinary adventures, and becoming a part of Manuel and Antonia’s unexpected journey.
New Hulu series ‘Nada Season 1’ streaming now

Thank you, Hulu, for having something leisurely enough for us slow folks.

We don’t have Hulu but from the sounds of it, Nada’s a good choice!
