Thanks to The Op Pack I watched it. What an exciting ending! I’m glad the Chiefs won.
Another reason I enjoyed it was the extra information they give us now. I think I had seen the yellow line showing how far they had to go to make a first down, but I don’t remember the blue line showing the line of scrimmage, and I’m sure the information showing what down it was and how far they had to go is new. I laugh when I think of that yellow line. Apparently someone who went to their first live game was surprised that the yellow line wasn’t really on the field.
I’m clearly not a football fan because I’d much rather watch a game from the comfort of my apartment, with the announcers and the special effects telling me what’s going on.

My husband used to love to go to live games. No way could you get me to sit out there in the freezing cold to watch a game. Besides, like you said, that yellow line doesn’t show on the field.
Yes. 🙂
pushing 80 years old and have never watched a game of any kind, daddy loved baseball, bob loves football, tennis, racing. I read through the games.
That works too. 🙂
That blue line is new to me, too. That’s so funny about the “missing” yellow line!
I know! 🙂
I’m with you, I would prefer to stay home and watch things on the TV too!
🙂
Well, you clearly know more about it than I do! My favorite part was the commercials.
🙂
I have never been a footnball fan because I never understood the game. Between my husband’s explanations and the new technology on the screen, I finally am beginning to understand the game. It was an exciting game AFTER the first half:)
That’s the part I watched the most. I was talking to Kaitlin on our weekly phone call for most of the first half. 🙂
I haven’t been to a game since my brother played in high school in the ’50s. But you’d have to live off the grid to miss the excitement about this super bowl.
It was fun to see what the excitement was about. 🙂
