I was reminded of the over or under controversy the other day in our Natural Grocers store. They had their produce bags inserted both ways.

The ones inserted over worked fine. The ones inserted under wouldn’t budge. So maybe it doesn’t matter with toilet paper, but sometimes it makes a big difference.

It does matter… Over is perfect to toilet paper but not for the plastic bags in supermarkets.

Over for us, too. But, Dave’s sister had to switch to under because their cat kept unrolling the entire roll.

That is certainly true! I tend to reuse mine to avoid the hassle.
