I’ve never grown celery like that but do you think maybe transplanting it into a pot with dirt might help it root? Looks like it is doing well, though. 🙂
The video instructions said to wait until a couple of roots appeared.
That’s interesting ?. Even without roots yet, it’s encouraging to see the celery growing taller and bushier—that’s a good sign of healthy growth above the soil. With a bit more time, those roots will likely catch up!

it really is quite pretty, and I would never have thought of rooting one. I used to keep sweet tater plants in my kitchen and bob has rooted pineapples that grew other pineapples.
I’ve never tried pineapples, but I’ve heard they can be grown.
It’s looking good. Mine seemed to take a long time to get roots. I did finally put it in a pot with dirt the other day. The outer parts of it did rot but I just cleaned those all off before I planted it.
