Cheerful Persistence

Good for this pup! He’s an inspiration.

Also,

Yay, Jean!

I’ve been dealing with a lot of technical problems with websites, cell phone providers, etc. this past month and have managed to stay calm, cheerful, and focused. I’m chuffed about that and want to continue operating that way.

Mark Twain wrote,

Noise proves nothing — often a hen who has merely laid an egg, cackles as if she had laid an asteroid.

It sounds as if he thought that hen celebrating her little successes was a bad thing. I don’t. I think it’s a healthy way to keep ourselves motivated.

I say, “Yay us!” What about you?

Yes, I agree with Yay Jean, you deserve several yays for keeping cool with tech problems. since I am an early bird, the only time I can DEAL with issues, like yours is in the early am, I had a problem that happened in afternoon with doing some Bob Business online… I had to just stop and the next morning at 5 am, I did the same thing, and it worked the first time..

  3. Poor dog – glad he has a buddy though.
Jean, hope you get your computer woes worked out.

  4. You have a much better attitude than I often do, Jean!

You have a great attitude about this. Frustrations can really build with technical issues… I am trying my best to have a good attitude with all of the spam calls I receive each day.

  6. Such a sweet pup. Good luck with the tech problems, they can be uncooperative at times!

  7. I was so happy to see him get the ball. Sorry to hear about your technical problems. That is never fun. Take care.

I agree totally with how you handle this frustrating stuff! Poor dog, but at least he can get the ball in his mouth!

I do it all the time. Even for the simple things like my weekly pill sorting (it’s massive~) Three cheers. LOL. Or urging myself on at time. Yes, you can, etc.

    Cute video.
Yes, I think we should celebrate those little successes in a big way

I know what you mean. I’ve been locked out of Facebook for several days for some reason. Finally breached the barriers today and finally found my old page. What a struggle! Then yesterday we got a new tv and it took hours to get it all set up and operating. But I succeeded. Not sure Judy is as thrilled as I am but we’ll see.

How in the heck have I managed to let these first-world challenges upset my apple cart? Thank you for continuing to keep me re-directed to a better mindset!
