Andy brought this home from the store Monday:

We haven’t had trick-or-treaters in years, but that doesn’t mean we can’t celebrate Halloween.
I don’t have a sweet tooth so don’t eat much candy, but I’m still enough of a little kid to enjoy seeing the displays in the stores.

I was eyeing up the bags of Halloween candy the last time I was in the store. I can’t believe how expensive it’s gotten. I opted for 1 candy bar instead. Safer not to have a whole bag in the house anyway….lol
Yes, this is one case where inflation might be good for us. 🙂
I don’t eat candy but I would love this bag..if I could I would…
🙂
…my favorite.
🙂
Yummy! I am thinking he might not like the peanut butter ones, but Kate likes those. Curious to see if he likes the almond ones.
I’m curious about the almond ones too. 🙂
So who does eat the candy? LOL
Andy. 🙂
It is SO hard to avoid the hallooween candy!!! I have lready bought several different kinds of candy corn. There are unending shelves of it everywhere now.
I know. I’m afraid I love looking at it. 🙂
I just had a small Snickers PB and it was so good. James got a ton of candy at Disneyland’s Halloween party last week.
That’s neat. He’s a very lucky boy. 🙂
Temptations for those of us with a sweet tooth–lol! Good thing I am not out and about at the stores. Dagan and Leah get sugar free for the boys. They still love to dress up and go trick or treating, so they give away all the other candy they collect. Works well for us. Don’t feel as guilty eating the candies when they are sugar free. 🙂
🙂
I haven’t had a piece of candy for a long time. An occasional square of dark chocolate doesn’t count. 🙂
I agree with that! 🙂
What a sweet gesture … better than a bouquet of flowers!
🙂
Yum, I could eat that whole bag!
🙂
I was so surprised today when I was looking for candy to take to my FIL at the nursing home!! bags of candy were 23.99. not big bags at all
That’s impressive! It’s not quite as bad here.
