That Was a Surprise

Only one of the bean plants has died so far. The others are trying to put out new growth.

I don’t know how long that will last, but right now they’re taking advantage of the light coming through the window. (There’s more in the winter than in the summer because of the angle of sun.) I’ll let you know what happens.

We humans are also enjoying the sunny days.

We’ve got too much sun, not enough cooling breezes…my tower fan has been in service nearly all day.

Today was about semi resting as I’ve a big day out tomorrow. The first major since life went pear shaped! Here’s hoping I survive. Only a few more things to do before Xmas, so should be easy recovery, if I overdo things.

    …good luck farmer Jean.

They look great. I may need to try growing something other than the celery.

You have the perfect window for growing your beans. It sure is a clear, lovely day around there. The sun is shining so brightly…just what the beans love.

  6. Not many sunny days lately, that’s for sure.
Cloudy and -8F right now this morning.

They look really healthy. But kind of leggy, like they are stretching for more sun. But maybe they need staked up so they can climb. A lot of beans need that.

  8. They look great and it looks like a lot of the snow melted.
