A Lot of People Would Disagree With This Quote

To be happy at home is the end of all human endeavor. The sun looks down on nothing half so good as a household laughing together over a meal, or two friends talking over a pint of beer, or a person alone reading a book that interests them; and all economics, politics, laws, armies, and institutions, are only valuable in so far as they prolong and multiply such scenes.
—C. S. Lewis

I’m an unabashed homebody, so it speaks to me. 🙂

(If only everyone in power agreed.)

I definitely like being at home. It’s where I feel most comfortable. As for the quote, I’m with Sandra, I don’t really understand what he’s saying.

  4. I’m what I’m told is an extroverted introvert. I just call it homebody who isn’t shy! I wish they would all go to their rooms and stay there.
