He failed the police exam, but he was transferred to a therapy unit and spends his day comforting nursing home residents and children in hospitals.

Oh my goodness! There are now two different T.V. shows showing real life police dogs in action, along with their human policemen. They are amazing. They can be trained for weapons, drugs, money, and to track people. We love the shows. On two of them, the dogs got shot.
That is sad they got shot.
A worthy career … I love Barney!
