Bub’s looking at mood boards did get Betty out of her doldrums.
I looked up those three styles and I loved this picture ChatGPT showed as an example of mid-century modern,
But the room was so light and airy because of the windows, which Betty and Bub’s basement doesn’t have. The other examples of the style had wood walls and no windows, so the rooms were a lot darker.
I thought the light walls of Nordic might be better — it was closer to what ChatGPT had said about light-colored walls keeping the basement from looking like a dungeon.

Fortunately, it’s not my decision to make. We’ll have to see what Betty and Bub do.

The pirate one is hilarious to me! Surely no one would do this room except for a man-cave or Johnny Depp. I hate dark walls and dark rooms, and love pastels and light. So the Nordic one is the closest to what I would have. It is a bit spartan, and I would have to add some flowers and things to warm it up a bit. Does kind of look like a hotel room. Hey, try English cottage, they are awesome!!

I don’t have much light in mine but I di have lights. Reason I’m in a wing and only the end rooms have that extra window. Apparently makes a huge difference.

Each one has interesting features. The pirate room might be a little to dark for my taste but it’s still quite attractive and very many looking. I think my favorite might be the nordic.
