Treat Yourself Like a Toddler

Take a nap, dress comfortably, make sure you stay fed and hydrated, don’t let yourself get too bored or too overstimulated. We all know what happens if you don’t make sure to manage the physical condition of a toddler! Well, we adults are very much the same.

Me, too! One of the great things about being so old is I no longer care what anyone else thinks of how I live. The clothes I wear now are so comfortable I am willing to sleep in them–and not just at nap time. When I went to a care center after discharge from a hospital I just wore the same clothes day and night. When they finally let me take a shower I just dressed in another set of the same type of clothes. Changing them twice a day was simply too much effort as I healed from surgery. After all, no one suggested I change my hospital gown twice a day.

  7. That is great advice. Thanks for sharing it. Enjoy the rest of your week..

Sounds lovely to me. Having had a root canal done today, that would be just ideal:)

This is perfect for those of us at the age we are, because we are regressing to toddlerism rapidly
