Here Angus is surprised to find out that another birthday has rolled around. It’s only what seems like three or four months since the last one. Time, like chocolate bars, seems to have suffered from shrinkflation.

I don’t mind them making the cartons smaller, they also messed with the quality..
I can relate to this as well.. I was shocked the other day when I purchased a rather cheap can of biscuits to make a pan of Monkey Bread. I remember being able to cut the biscuit into 4 good size pieces…this time, I had to cut the pieces into three’s. lol

Same size packaging. Less inside. And the price is higher.
And sometimes they mess with the quality.
Yes!!! time is going by at a stunning seed lately. The older I get, the faster it goes. There is actually a scientific explanation for this, but I have forgotten what it is.

Smaller package bigger price!
Bob’s Raisn Swirl bread has fewer slices and is smaller in size, also the bread he likes has lost length, therefore fewer slices. They are doing this to keep the price down, I think. Because people will stop buying if it goes up more.
years ago they went from 5 lbs of sugar to 4 lbs .. sadly shrinkflation has not hit the charge card debts people are running up
