Cockroaches have reputaton for being resilient. They’ve been on earth about 320 million years, 100 million years before the dinosaurs. And they’ve survived multiple mass extinctions, including the one that wiped out the dinosaurs 66 million years ago. It’s hard to believe they won’t continue thriving.

While I’m no fan of cockroaches it’s fascinating that they have survived where other species did not
🙂
I think the ticks are taking over…
Yes. They love global warming. 🙂
…amen.
I keep thinking of Hobbes (Calvin and Hobbes): “It makes you wonder why humans think they’re such big screaming deals.” 🙂
I’m placing my bet on their survival.
Me too!
Too funny!
🙂
They survived and those big ol’ dinosaurs didn’t,…Although I do not care for them, I would much rather have them around than the Dinosaurs…
Same here! 🙂
Yes, cockroaches always survive!
🙂
Yes, they are like zombies. It seems nothing can kill them. I’m glad we never had a problem with them. But we do have a wasp nest!
I hate wasps! And I’m glad we don’t have cockroaches.
Yeeesch! They give me the icks.
🙂
Giggling.
