The sun came out today, and we have lights in the apartment, the refrigerator is running, and we can cook again. How cool is that!
I’m not taking it for granted — I checked the batteries of our emergency flashlights and replaced most of them. The flashlights have been invaluable, and I want to keep them in good shape — one never knows!

great news…
Yes. 🙂
Oh my, look at all that snow. It’s pretty but only when it’s in your pictures and not in my front yard…lol
Glad you are back up and running finally.
We still have to be careful and not use too much electricity at once. Hopefully that will be fixed next week, but it’s not cramping our style much at all.
The management is still dealing with the snow in the parking lot, but they’ve done a lot already,
YAYYY!!! life as normal.
well! if life IS ever normal! LOL! I’m so happy for you.
we have your snow too. all day yesterday and last night off and on.
not as much. but still so beautiful! today sunny. so it will be slushy then gone.
I’m glad you got some snow too. Especially because it’s not too much!
It does look beautiful—glad it’s so far away! It’s so impressive, the way you two just face the difficulties, and dive right in!
It helps a lot when the sun comes out!
The sunshine and blue skies have to make a lot feel better. We hope things get fully back to normal soon.

Thanks. The sun and blue skies after a storm do help a lot.
