First a caution about yesterday’s video: I’ve been thinking about the seated torsion twist. I’m going to skip that one. I had read that people with thin bones shouldn’t twist the torso without the pelvis also rotating, so I checked with a couple of AI programs and they say the same thing. In that case it’s better to do it lying down so the spine is supported.
Here is another exercise video. It talks about chair squats, but the other four are wall push ups, single leg stands, resistance band rows, and Tai Chi. I try to work modifications of some on them into my everyday life.

…I know, I know, I need to start exercising.

Thanks

Before long, the heat and humidity will make the idea of walking really distasteful. How refreshing to see this doc’s headline!
Yes. 🙂
I had already decided to not do the twist! So we are on the same page.

I’m learning a lot from these videos. I went to the chiropractor again this morning and he gave me some exercises to do too.. I’m going to try them.
Please let us know how it turns out. 🙂
Yes, not every type of exercise suits everyone.
We have plenty to choose from. 🙂

I think whenever you get a group of exercises you pick the ones you like and can do and leave the others.
Yes! It has to be something you want to do.
