I hate the whole tipping thing these days. It used to be based on the service you got and it was at your discretion. Now it’s expected but they don’t think they have to give you good service. I hate it more when fast food places expect you to tip.

There’s no tipping culture in Indonesia. No courier gets angry over a tip. It’s purely voluntary.
