They won’t be up there Monday, but they hope to finish laying the last blocks next week and hopefully pour the concrete into them. There will still be more to do at the top, which I’ll describe when they get there.
The earliest date for being ready for the installer is now September 17, and we won’t try to contact him before everything is ready for him.
Andy and I plan to go up for a picnic tonight so I can see what the project looks like now.

How far are you from it? I would want to go up there every day. And watch….
It’s about an hour drive each way, half of it on paved roads, half on rough dirt roads.

Wow, just thinking…hope no animal gets trapped in the concrete block enclosure before the rest of the structure is put up….
It’s easier to get out than to get in because of the layer of gravel.
It’s just so exciting to watch!
