Encouraging News

I received two emails from Torrie this morning about the high-altitude jet. First:

Good Morning!
I have not forgotten you. The factory sent an email yesterday saying it is still being researched.

Then shortly afterwards she sent this:

Good Morning!
As soon as I sent the last e-mail, I rcvd this.

The WYL-287-1 has a 33.5 jet (112-3070-335). Depending on the elevation, the high altitude jet would be 32 (112-3070-320) or 32.5 (112-3070-325).

We’re guessing we want the 32 (112-3070-320), but I asked her,

We’re at about 9,000 feet. Which one is appropriate for us and how can we buy it?

Thank you so much!

Wow! Thanks to her we may actually get it. Fingers crossed!

great that you got an answer, not so great that they did not include the how to order it and the where and other info. just stating the part number is not all that helpful except now you know it exists..

We would order it from her, but we have to tell her which one we want. They’re saying the part is for the carburetor WYL-287-1. Makita says ours is WYL-287A. Hopefully they are the same, or at least compatible.

I’m not sure what you mean about the high altitude jet since I just recently started reading your blog each day. But if you’re having access to getting one that’s great. That’s one Awesome Avacado plant!! My goodness.

Oh and love the quote you shared in your comment for me.
