yes. I’m not ever so scared of the big ‘lions and tigers and bears oh my!’
as I am the little creepy crawly things like spiders and snakes. ewww!!!

I love to walk along the trails on a cool day when there is not a high humidity like we have now. It is lovely to listen to all the sounds. But like the others above, I do not like the bugs either. 🙁

    • Jean says:

Do you have any trouble with ticks? They were a big surprise for Kaitlin and Torben in the MA woods. (Apparently it’s an especially bad year for them.)

I got sunburned right through my jeans a couple of days ago! Is the UV really that strong in northern climes?
So yes, I love nature, with caveats and qualifications.

  5. Myra Guca says:

This! Reminds me how Summer feels in Phoenix!
… Precisely why I escaped to Alabama.

  6. What I most like about “nature” isn’t the land but what the weather gives to us to either enjoy and think about.

If it’s raining, we don’t want to get wet, but if you truly think about nature – the ground, our water supply requires it.

It’s nice and sunny, you want to sing with joy…go outdoors and seek those rays, be from a walk or read a book in a nook…

Great cartoon…and yes, I do love nature.

  10. Many parts, of Nature, of course. Such beauty! And continuity! Sun up, sun down, and the Turning of the Wheel of the Year, for instance.

But not flying, biting insects. Since they really, really, really love me!

Enjoy the ‘fruits’ of Late Summer…..

  11. And look!!!!

I remembered to remove my “Imogeeee” pics of sun flowers and fruits and veggies! Under my Sig. Line!

Who sezzzzzzz you can’t teach an old dog, new tricks?????????? LOL

Enjoy the ‘fruits’ of Late Summer…..

Funny! Yes, I love nature, and see God in it. I just wish humans would take better care of it.
