There are dogs in Moscow that take the metro into town I think to beg during the day – then take it back home later in the day. There may be videos of this.

That’s why we have a lot of spay/neutering programs around here.
I agree with Tammy that it’s kind of sad that dogs have to forage for food, but it’s still amazing that people seem to accept them on the subway.
The people are neat. And they need spay/neutering programs to keep the dog population down humanely.

now there’s a good job for Tempi and Zoe – Zoe does the street performance even as far as trying to get run over, and Tempi waits patiently for the rescuer to bring both Zoe and food back to the “duo team”

this makes me sad, instead of shelters they just live homeless and russia is so cold…
Most shelters would just euthanize the dogs. They need spay/neuter programs to keep the numbers down.
